Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to build or deploy anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' projects.
Do not resell or misrepresent the Service, or submit content you lack the rights to use.
You are responsible for the applications you generate and deploy and for the data you collect through them.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the projects, code, and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, build, and deploy them and to operate the Service. We retain ownership of the platform itself.

Plans, credits & payments

Paid plans, AI credits, and domain purchases are billed through our payment providers. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. AI usage consumes credits per your plan; domains you buy are registered on your behalf and are subject to the registrar's terms.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (AI providers, hosting, storage, email, domain registrar, payment processors). Your use of features that depend on them may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service and AI-generated output are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated code may contain errors, review and test it before production use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexugen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Certain provisions survive termination.
