This Privacy Policy explains how Nexugen ("we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use nexugen.app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account data, name, email, and authentication identifiers (Google/GitHub) when you sign up.
Content you provide, project descriptions, prompts, uploaded images/brand assets, and environment variables you enter to build and deploy apps.
Usage data, build/deploy activity, credits used, logs, and diagnostic information.
Payment data, processed by our payment providers (e.g. Paystack). We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To generate, build, deploy, and host the applications you create.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide support.
To process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and prevent abuse.
To send transactional and, where permitted, product communications.

AI processing

Prompts and project content you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to generate code and assets. Do not submit secrets or personal data you are not authorized to share. Environment variables are stored to run your app and are not used to train models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, storage, AI, email, domains, payments) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your projects and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
