My build failed. What do I send you?

The project name and roughly when it ran. That is enough for us to pull the build log ourselves, you do not need to copy anything out. If you saw an error on screen, a screenshot helps us match it faster.

A build is stuck as "running" and nothing is happening.

Runs that lose their process are reconciled automatically within about 45 minutes, after which the project is free to build again. If it is still stuck past that, email us with the project name and we will clear it.

How do AI credits work?

Credits are consumed by generation, builds, edits and chat, not by deployments or hosting. Your plan sets a monthly allowance, top-ups are added on top, and the dashboard shows what you have used. Nothing stops working when you run out; generation pauses until the allowance resets or you top up.

Can I take my code somewhere else?

Yes, and it is yours regardless. Connect GitHub and every build pushes to a repository you own, as conventional TypeScript with no runtime dependency on us.

Something is wrong with an Instant App I launched.

Tell us which template and what you expected instead. Instant Apps are edited the same way as any other project, so most fixes are a described change rather than a support ticket.

I need to cancel or change my plan.

Billing lives in the dashboard under Billing, changes take effect immediately and we bill the difference pro rata. Email us if you would rather we handled it.
